Elsie Grundman married Peter Brakman in 1916. According to Peter's naturalization petition, Elis was born March 17, 1891, in Ventspils and came to the U.S. in October 1912. The couple had four daughters: Lily Delphina, Clara Wilhemina, Florence Martha, and Catherine Elenora.
