Alma Demberg

According to the 1920 U.S. census, the 22-year-old Alma H. Demberg lived in the home of her brother-in-law, J.F. Juhnags (James Yunag), at 4336 Parrish St. in Philadelphia. James was married to Alida Demberg, and the couple had a daughter, Gertrude. Also in the household was Alma and Alida's sister, Erna, and a Latvian boarder, John Halbe. That same year, Alma Demberg married fellow Latvian Baptist Martin Treyan. She became a naturalized citizen in 1929.
