Dorothy Tehson

Dorothy Tehson was born in 1889 in Russia, according to her petition for naturalization, and came to the United States in 1910 under the name Dorothy Langsam.1

In 1918, she married Otto Teraud.2 They lived at 713 N. 42nd St. in Philadelphia. Otto, according to his 1918 draft registration card, was born March 8, 1897, in Rīga.3 He worked as a seaman for the Chester Oil Company in Chester, Pennsylvania.

How her marriage to Otto Teraud ended is not known, but in 1922 Dorothy married Matthew Kebbe. He was born in 1894 in Ventspils, Latvia, and died in 1936. The couple had three daughters: Frances, born in 1926; Norma, born 1928; and Ludmilla, born 1929.
